With a twenty-year career leading domestic and global operations, customer experience, and cross-functional organizations ranging from 15 to over 1,000 personnel, she brings deep enterprise expertise to growing companies through fractional leadership and custom advisory services.
Executive Leadership & Global Scale
Advancing into enterprise Customer Experience, Bethany spearheaded nationwide network operations, social media customer support, chat, and corporate customer relations, while helping launch near-shore and off-shore global support teams. Throughout her tenure, she actively championed workplace inclusivity, integrating dedicated mother’s rooms and prayer spaces into logistics facilities.
Most recently, Bethany served in Director and Senior Director capacities in Customer Experience and Payment Integration at VSP Vision in the heavily regulated insurance space. She oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, claims adjudication, workforce management, and nationwide servicing operations. Under her executive leadership, her organization achieved World-Class Certification from an independent third-party benchmarking firm.
Grounded Foundations & Early Career
Raised in rural Ohio with a strong foundation of integrity and work ethic, Bethany was a competitive Junior Olympic, club, and intramural volleyball player. A salutatorian and Stadium Scholarship recipient, she graduated from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Logistics Management with a minor in Fashion Merchandising. While at Ohio State, she led international relations for the Undergraduate Business Student Forum and served as a Page in the Ohio Senate.
Bethany began her career in intermodal logistics at Schneider National, maintaining the highest loaded container ratio across her team. She then transitioned to JCPenney’s supply chain division, where she managed inventory optimization within a 2.2 million-square-foot facility. There, she re-engineered machinery routes, designed custom picking carts for ergonomic safety and efficiency, and instituted employee engagement programs that significantly boosted operational morale—earning her the national Leader of the Future award.
